KEY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FEATURES
CAR TOWING SERVICE
(MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN)
We provide car towing services for mechanical breakdowns, towing you to the closest authorized repair facility within a maximum of 30 kms.
BATTERY BOOST SERVICE
If your car does not start, we provide a battery boost service, sending out an authorized service provider to attempt to start your vehicle.
FLAT TIRE SERVICE
We offer flat tire service, replacing your flat tire with a spare tire, provided your spare tire is inflated and in safe operating condition.
CAR LOCKOUT SERVICE
If your ignition key is lost, broken, or accidentally locked inside your car, we provide a car lockout service, sending a service operator to unlock your vehicle. If a car locksmith is needed, you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $50.
FUEL DELIVERY SERVICE
If your car runs out of gas (no diesel or gasohol), we provide a fuel delivery service to your vehicle. If we are unable to deliver gas, your vehicle must be towed to the closest facility.
EMERGENCY WINCHING
If your vehicle is stuck in the snow or mud, our winching service extracts your vehicle using standard automobile servicing equipment. If your vehicle is not drivable from the scene, towing is required.
